Introduction
The tunnel pallet washing machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel and generally uses high-pressure spray to clean workpieces such as baskets and turnover pallets. It can save up to 70% of water consumption, save 7 to 8 people compared to the old manual cleaning method, improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and solve problems such as manual cleaning troubles.
Working principle
The turnover baskets, boxes, and pallets that need to be cleaned are fed into the cleaning machine by a stainless steel chain. Through the high-pressure spray cleaning cycle system, the baskets are cleaned, and sterilization and air-drying are completed at the same time. When cleaning special baskets, it can be added after the hot alkaline water cleaning section. Brushes are used to scrub the bottom and left and right sides of the basket to improve the cleaning effect; continuous cleaning is used to improve cleaning efficiency.
