Process Flow Introduction
1. Cleaning lifter: It will simply clean the soil and sand on the surface of fresh ginger for better cleaning and peeling in steps 2 and 4.

5. Peeled ginger is sent here and poor or low quality ginger is picked here to keep good ginger.
6. Ginger slicer: The thickness of ginger slices is uniform, and the slice thickness can be adjusted as needed.
7. Transfer the washed ginger to the peeler and transfer the slices to the dryer.
8. Ginger slice dryer: It adopts multi-layer moving stainless steel mesh belt, automatic loading and unloading, saving a lot of labor costs. Flexible heat source selection: coal, wood chips, natural gas, diesel, propane, electricity, etc.
