Introduction

Ginger cleaning machine adopts high pressure spray technology, specially designed for cleaning vegetables and fruits. The equipment consists of bubble cleaning, high pressure spray and finished product selection area, which can thoroughly clean the ginger surface sediment and protect the ginger skin.

Working principle

The ginger enters the water tank manually (or by an elevator), and is rolled, cleaned, and transported under the action of high-pressure water flow and powerful bubbles. The sediment eluted from the surface of the material sinks into the bottom isolation bin, and will not be flipped back and cause re-contamination. After the washed fruits and vegetables are discharged from the water, they are washed by high-pressure spray and sent to the next process. The machine has its own water circulation system, which consumes less water. Processes such as cleaning, foreign matter removal, sterilization, and cooling can be carried out continuously.
