Product Description
The hydraulic slicer is one of the key equipments in the potato fries processing project. The working principle is that under the hydraulic transportation of the potato pump, the direction of potato movement in the water is always along its length and can pass through it at a certain speed. The special knife holder mechanism can cut potatoes into strips (slices) along their length.

03 Blanching Machine: Proper blanching gelatinizes potato starch, producing a superior powder internal texture and mouthfeel. The main function is to adjust the distribution of sugar in the French fries to make it uniform in color.
04 Hot air dryers are used to dry French fries to reduce moisture on the water surface. Through the drying process, the moisture content is reduced and the oil content is lower when frying.
